Research & Analysis

I interviewed product managers, UX designers, and developers to gain a deeper understanding of their expectations for automating user story creation and their current workflows in managing requirements. I categorized users into three main groups:

➼ Refiners - those who enhance and structure stories, such as UX designers and business analysts.
➼ Implementers - those who execute based on user stories, such as developers and QA teams.

➼ As a Jira user, I want to export refined user stories directly to Jira so that I can streamline my workflow without manual copy-pasting.

Learnings

Designing TiramAI challenged me to create an intuitive and efficient user experience for AI-driven application generation. I learned how to balance automation with user control, ensuring clarity in AI-generated outputs while maintaining a seamless workflow. The project deepened my understanding of information architecture, guiding users through complex processes with minimal friction. Accessibility and scalability were key focus areas, ensuring that both technical and non-technical users could interact effortlessly with the platform.

Outcomes

TiramAI enabled businesses to convert their ideas into functional web applications within minutes. It streamlined product development by integrating user persona analysis, story refinement, and export functionalities for Jira and Linear. The platform received positive feedback from early adopters, validating its impact on reducing development time.
